On February 23, 2013 we will have a discussion on Diet and Nutrition. Our guest speaker will be ” Requita Grant”. She is prepared to provide details on the autoimmune system,the importance of fruits and veggies and will be sharing and blending a few recipes to help feed our children healthier.
